Never Too Soon is the second album to appear under Brazilian musical icon Joyce Moreno‘s name in 2026; the first, Joyce & Tutty Moreno was a Jazz Is Dead collaboration with her husband the legendary Brazilian drummer and Adrian Younge. She’s been pretty prolific in the 21st century’s third decade, releasing albums for Biscoito Fino at home and Far Out Recordings in the U.S. and U.K. (In January 2027 she followed this set with Jobim Extravaganza, a live album for Storyville fronting the Danish Radio Big Band.)
